The westside of Indianapolis is back with another win as The Amp in Haughville welcomes Melon Kitchens. Co-Founder Kelli Jones knew the importance of creating a black owned ghost kitchen in Indy that will support black chefs and help scale their business from their homes to a full professional industrial kitchen. With the help of Co-Founder Jeff Williams & Program Director Jazmyne Long, they’ve managed to give black chefs in Indianapolis a scalable chance in culinary entrepreneurship.
